Shipping & Delivery

Moonlite & Iron currently ships within the United States only.

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery timing are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Processing and transit times can vary by item, destination, carrier, and supplier availability.

Some Moonlite & Iron pieces are fulfilled through carefully selected partner suppliers. If an order contains more than one item, those items may arrive in separate packages and on different days. You will receive tracking information by email when it is available.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Moonlite & Iron is not responsible for delays, loss, or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, a carrier delay, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

If your tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier. If you still need help, contact us at hello@moonliteandiron.com and we will do our best to assist.
